C General terms and conditions

 

1. 1. Rules and regulations

The sum of the stay is to transfer entirely when you make your reservation.
When receiving the payment in the 7 days after your request, you will get a confirmation by email for your reservation.
By aware: your reservation may be cancelled if the payment is late, the delay being fixed at 7 days.

 

2. 2. Means of payment accepted

• Cheque or postal money order, to Galants SAS (french accounts only)
• Credit cards: Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa

 

3. 3. Capacity

The number of occupants mentioned for each lodging in our price list corresponds to the maximal capacity giving the available equipment. It can not be exceed it for safety and insurance reasons.

 

4. 4. “Special Cabin” guarantees

Giving the specificity of this accommodation, a specific canceling guarantee is included in the renting cost.
It will cover you for the clauses herein-below:

a – Modifying of canceling your trip yourself BEFORE arrival:

In case of serious sickness, serious accident with presentation of a medical certificate or death, the special cabin guarantee will reimburse you entirely.
If you cancel your stay 30 prior to arrival, and do not fill in one of these cancelation conditions enumerated above, the equivalent of 20% of the payment will be kept. Between 30 and 8 days prior to your stay, 60% of the payment will be kept.
For a stay canceled in the 7 days prior to arrival, interrupted or not spent in the lodge for whatever reason it shall be, the entire amount will be kept or due to Les Galants.

b – Modifying or canceling your stay at Les Galants BEFORE arrival:

In the event of an “Orange” weather alarm, with outside events announced, beyond our will, such as bad weather or storms, if your are unable to travel and only in this particular case, we will offer you to postpone your stay, some time in the next 12 months.

– Modifying of canceling your trip yourself BEFORE arrival: In case of serious sickness, serious accident with presentation of a medical certificate or death, the special cabin guarantee will reimburse you entirely.
If you cancel your stay 30 prior to arrival, and do not fill in one of these cancelation conditions enumerated above, the equivalent of 20% of the payment will be kept. Between 30 and 8 days prior to your stay, 60% of the payment will be kept.
For a stay canceled in the 7 days prior to arrival, interrupted or not spent in the lodge for whatever reason it shall be, the entire amount will be kept or due to Les Galants.

c – Modification or cancelation of your stay by Les Galants ON SITE:

In the event of an “Orange” weather alarm, with outside events announced, beyond our will, such as bad weather or storms, the direction allows itself to cancel your stay for safety reasons.
Another accommodation will be offered according to our availabilities without supplement, and in this case only you will receive a 50% deduction on your next stay in a perched nest in the following 12 months.
No indemnity can be claimed.
Unless we do not have a solution of available accommodation, in which case the entire amount of payment will be reimbursed or another date will be offered in the next 12 months.

d – Modifying or canceling your stay ON SITE:

In the event of a refusal of accessing your cabin (fear, dizziness,..) a rehousing in another type of accommodation will be offered according to availabilities and without a supplement. No indemnities can be claimed.
If we have no other rehousing solutions to give, the entire amount of the payment will be reimbursed.

 

5. Price list

The price list featuring on our Website and our brochures are likely to change depending on economic conditions or regulations, all taxes included. The only price valid price is that on the exchange coupon or any confirmation mail.
Warning: if, for any reason, there should be a price difference between the established date of stay and the postponed date, you will need to pay the difference.

 

 

6. Particular conditions

All reservation by gift card can be used only one time, non-reimbursable.

 

7. Animals

Our dear domesticated animals our not aloud in the cabins.

 

8. Valuable objects

Although they can be locked, it is recommended not to leave valuable items in the accommodations.

 

9. Claims

All claims regarding a stay must be addressed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt in the 30 days following your stay at the following address:

10. Litigation

In the event of a litigation, only the Nevers court is recognized.
Your stay:
48hours prior to arrival we require that you give us information on the hour you plan to arrive. We will be waiting for you as from 5pm.
In the event of a late arrival or a last minute impediment, it is imperative that you give us notice. A guest book is available in each nest in the trees and other accommodations, to note down our impressions.
The day of your departure, your room must be emptied by 11h30am. It will be requested that you leave the place as clean as possible and return the entrusted material at the specific indicated place. You will be expected at the reception for last formalities.
